Indianapolis Colts

A rookie just three years removed from a Mormon mission helped the Indianapolis Colts reach Super Bowl XLIV. Austin Collie caught seven passes for 123 yards and a touchdown in the Colts’ 30-17 win over the Jets in the AFC Championship game on Jan. 24. A fourth-round draft pick out of BYU, Collie became a regular feature in Indianapolis’ productive offense. He’s caught 60 passes for 676 yards and seven touchdowns in 2009-10. Collie attended high school in El Dorado Hills, Calif., and played three seasons at BYU, interrupting his career after his freshman year to serve a Mormon mission in Argentinamormontimes.com
